24 plus loans

Hello. I have been working as an Accounts Clerk for 16 months without qualifications on a fixed term contract due to end soon. I have been trying to get a permanent job for the same role but futile as I think that I am not qualified. Therefore, I have decided to get qualifications once and for all. Does anyone know which provider has funding for 24 plus loans? I can only do distance learning as I juggle between my kid's school schedule and my possible employment in the future (I am a very busy single mum). Loan is all I can do to afford the training.
