Pass Mark Likely to be High ECR&FRA?

I am speculating but, it occurs to me that the level of both of these papers were a reasonable level (not controversial at all as ECR Dec 08) and therefore the pass mark it likely to be on the high side.
Any thoughts anyone?

It really depends how everyone did i think.
If everyone did really bad on a certain question they will lower the pass mark for that question etc, so depends how everyone did across the board.0
