More profits for the Post Office!<BR><BR>I has sent in three reports so far - all by recorded delivery. No response so far from NCIS.<BR><BR>A similar report is also sent directly to the Revenue - again by recorded delivery. Again to response.<BR><BR>I have also reverted to the old system of endeavouring to sort out any problems from the outset. (Especially important where the client is also claiming Tax Credits). On submitting the first Return for a new business I provide the Revenue with a covering letter detailing the accounting records, any estimates used in the Accounts and details of any cash balancing figures etc etc. Here again these are sent by recorded delivery. Again no response - so, after 30 days I am now sending in reminders asking for a reply to my original letter.<BR><BR>The Post Office must be doing quite well out of the new system.<BR>
