A County Court Judgment and still not paid?
What next?
Our link with ICM has proved to be successful and leading on from Octobers joint event, this saw us being guided through what to do if payment is still not forthcoming. With the economy as it is, CCJ’s are on the increase so the more information we can gain to deal with these scenarios is to the benefit of all of us.
More information can be found at www.icm.org.uk or at www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk
