How to calculate trend in prices ...?

E.g.
E.g.
Jan: (Actual price £20.40) (seasonal variation +£1.20).

Feb: (actual price £19.20) (seasonal variation -£0.30).

March: (actual price £21.00) (seasonal variation +£1.20).

I get an increase of £0.90. But apparently it's £0.30??? Please explain, thanks.
