Client's Software

Hi All,

I've been approached by a potential client who wants me to work from his office. He asked me if I could use my own software installed on my laptop as this is what his previous bookkeeper did. It is a first time I get a question like that as all other clients had everything set up for me.

Can someone please clarify if that is correct? Shouldn't he if he wants me to work from his premises provide some sort of a station and his own software?

Many thanks

Normally they do provide computer and software. If your client doesn't, then you shouldn't loss client because of software. Use your own software in your own computer and do the work where ever they ask. Make sure do not install your software in client computer because of Licencing limitation you may have.
