Can not log in to my aat
I have just purchased a new desktop but for some reason I can not log in to my aat on it, I can get on it using my iPad or my husbands laptop but not on the desktop. The details are correct and when I enter email and password and click continue to log in it just clears what I’ve just entered and wants me to enter them again, it just keeps doing this and I can not go any further. I’ve phoned DELL for technical support thinking it’s my desktop but they have gone through everything and say nothing wrong. Has anyone else experienced this?
