Ltd Company reporting

<BR>Hi,<BR><BR>First time user.<BR><BR>I am undertaking work for a payroll bureau operating IR35 composite Ltd companies. Some of these copmanies have recently reached their financial year end. For reporting purposes they are all deemed as small companies. Does anyone know the requirements for filing year end accounts at Companies House for these type of Ltd companies? Any advice gratefully received.<BR><BR>Eamonn
