Quickbooks & Payroll
System

I am considering my software and just wondered if anyone out there has any experience with the Quickbooks regular plus payroll?
It seems a cheaper option than Sage, but I am not familiar with it.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Re:Quickbooks & Payroll
Have never actually tried Quickbooks so can't really comment however I would say think hard about your long term requirements.
Until recently we had Sage Accounts and Iris Payroll, I was told that the reasoning behind this was that Iris was cheaper and 5 years ago, when the business was smaller, it wasn't a problem. Now that the business has expanded and my workload has greatly increased I have had to pay the extra for Sage Payroll.
It saves a lot of time as it links to Accounts, stationery ordering is far easier - you had to pay with order for Iris (and when it got lost in the post - regularly - it would be a mad panic to get the stationery in time) sage you can just order on line etc.
