The gloom of Monday morning (which is gloomier at the moment here in Ipswich) has just been lightened somewhat by the realisation that I have Saturday's Sunday's and today's doors to open on my Cadbury's advent calendar.

A mug of coffee and 3 pieces of chocolate is a good way to start the week :D:D

    I know! I had the same treat! it was even better when i had three days off during the week - i got 6 days! :lol:

    No advent calendar here, but I was given a lovely box of chocolates yesterday, which I am now in the process of sharing and demolishing.

    Steady there - they're truffles and not to be trifled with!

    I'm working on the assumption that it's bad to suddenly increase the volume of goodies one eats, so I'm going to steadily increase over the coming week so that I reach a peak of capacity in time for Christmas Day!
