How much shell I sell my Book for??

Hi,

I had a AAT Foundation old book and I just had a replay from some one that would like to buy it. I'm not sure how much to sell it for??

any suggestions??

    I still have all my books since Foundation; we've been through a lot and they mean too much to me so it would never occur to me to sell them. Plus you never know when you might need to look something up, especially the Intermediate and Technician stage ones.

    As Grissom once said in an episode of CSI; "Why would anyone want to sell their books"?

    I'm with you there, Robert - actually, it gets worse. The college provided us with a set of BPP books for Intermediate and Technician and I bought a set of Osborne books so I'd actually learn something - so, I've two lots of textbooks.

    I'm quite glad other people sell theirs as I've saved a few quid myself that way, but I can't bear to part with any book.

    I know what you mean Chris and Robert. By the time I was ready to part with my AAT books the standards had changed and they were out of date!

    I tend to buy second copies (I do my courses with BPP but buy FTC books off ebay) and I do resell them but I always keep the BPP ones. I find I refer to them all the time (especially the law ones) and when I do a paper that assumes earlier knowledge, it's handy to recap on what I should remember!!

    I have all my Osborne books purchased from new plus many second hand BPP tutorials purchased for 50p each from the college library. It's very handy to be able to refer from one to the other when something appears unclear through poor definitions or muddled explantions.

    Was something put in the water over the weekend when I was offline? Damn cheeky buggers all over the forums today! At least I think I have a face that's half decent enough to show Dean, unlike the X rated creature feature you no doubt possess...! :twisted:
