Help!!
After finally persuading my boss that online filing is the way to go I am in the process of authorising a few corporation tax clients that are missing off our list.
Unfortunately every time I try and do it the authorisation fails. I have checked that I am submitting the information in the correct format and I definitely have the correct information.
I only have 3 clients missing but just cannot get the system to apply for authorisation, does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Re:HMRC authorisation
Hi Annette
You do get the odd one or two like that. It's normally something silly that stops it going threw, it's probably something your clients' have 'forgot' to inform you about - change of address etc.
Phone the online services help desk, explain the situation, proving you're the agent etc. Then, hey prestio, Revenue click a box and your client appears on your list.

Re:HMRC authorisation
Thanks Dean, I'll try that, it's annoying as there are only 3 clients missing and none of them are going through. We've only just started this online lark and all our other clients were there as soon as we set it all up.

Re:HMRC authorisation
Yeah, that's is now automatically done when processing manual 64-8's. The odd few still slip the net though!
Isn't online filing just great?
Now companies house are in on the act, bliss!

Re:HMRC authorisation
I had a problem with one authorisation. It turned out that my client had had his UTR reference changed after a bankrupcy!0
