Exporting Data From Sage

Hi all,

I am hoping to export customer details such as address,credit limit etc from Sage so that I can get it into Excel.

I am not a Sage user and information that I have gleaned from the web seems to focus on exporting reports rather than data.

Is there a way of exporting the customer database ?

If not a direct export to Excel - presumeably there is an option to download into csv ?

I am unaware of the version of Sage at this stage.

    I think this will get what you want:-

    Run the customers details report, when you have generated the report you can save it as a csv file, wherever you want. This will save into excel, may need a bit of formatting but the info will be there.

    I have basic sage accounting here at home and it works for that so should for all the others.
