    There are meetings for christians in lots of profession and i was wondering if any accountants wanted 2 have one

    At the risk of compounding my recent self-imposed exile from the 'lighter' side of the forums, I do think you're being quite disrespectful to what was a genuine request from the original poster.

    Whatever your views on religion - and yes, I know we've aired them before - you must respect the beliefs of others and I think belittling James intentions is cruel.

    Since this isn't on the Off Topic board, I think this does kind of prove my point about the current state of the forums and lack of restraint at times.

    I didn't think Paul or J's posts were worthy of a reply and could see if I said anything more it would lead to further stupid remarks.

    Aye James I second that - I was totally unawares that there were gathering of soleley Christians from different professions it took me by suprise a little - I replied quickly without thinking other religions may have their own communities... Apologies if I caused any offence to you James -

    I think that you are doing a good job to bring all Christian Accountant together and share their knowledge.

    I am interested and believed that there is a purpose for this to happen now.

    I know this has been posted a few weeks ago and might I say that James you are very brave so count me in together with all the wonderful people who want to join in.

    And for those who find it funny, Im certain that you are not ashamed of whatever you like doing or who you are so just do to others what you want people to do you.
