MAAT - Employer's contribution

I need some advice....
I know some employers will pay for your annual subscription as it is obviously a benefit to have a qualified person working for them, but what is the best way to approach the subject with your boss? I obviously need to sell my self to them and say what an advantage it would be... but I am not sure how to put it across to them?
Maybe a silly question, but any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks :?

Re:MAAT - Employer's contribution
Did your employer pay for your course? Do they have a sponsorship policy? If so, then it may be written in there. If not, just do exactly as you have done on here, tell them the benefits of having a qualified person, it's not a silly question. I raised it with my boss and it is in the policy to pay subscriptions.

You could tell your boss that they can obtain tax relief on the subscription.
Kind regards
