Just a quick query - I have a Limited Co who are in a position to pay the directors
The Company consists of 3 directors (1 has 75% Share Interest 2 have 14% each + couple of other investors making up remainder of shareholding)
The 2 directors with 14% shareholding proposed to pay themselves by billing through another ltd co they both own - are there any restrictions on this?
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks Millie

Re:Directors
"Personal Service Companies and IR35".
I would recommend you do some research into the above.

Re:Directors
I would echo Dean's advice actually here, because personal service companies are very high on the Revenue's list of targets at the moment so it is vital that you have a good understanding of the mechanics of IR35 and its contents.
Kind regards
