Expenses claimable for working from home

Hi,

Please could someone give me some advise on self assessment guidance. I have a friend would has asked about the expenses that can be claimed in terms of electricity and heating with regards from operating a business from home. Please could someone give me some guidance on what can be claimed back and what evidence is required?
