PEV - Interest Cover

in AAT Level 4 (Level 8 in Scotland)
Does anyone know about interest cover for the forthcoming PEV exam? Just i read the chief assessors report and it talks about knowing it for forthcoming papers but cant find any notes in the text books etc??
