Sage Error message

Can anyone shed any light on the following:
When visiting the bank reconciliation screen of Sage after matching the transactions and clicking the Reconcile button I am always greeted with the following message:

An unexpected error message [19] has been detected and the reconciliation screen will now close without performing a reconciliation and without saving your most recent changes.
Please restart Line50 before continuing.

What does it mean? why does it keep happening?

Cheers

To be truthful not sure. All I can think is have you restored data from a more recent version of sage into an older version of sage? This may cause problems.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

When you do a bank reconciliation in Sage, it prepares a bank statement in pdf form, if you do not have the sage pdf driver installed on your pc you will get the error message that you are receiving.

I think you can download a fix from the Sage website.
