Why is the time wrong on here??

Whenever I post something, it gets time stamped about 10 minutes into the future….

My clock on my computer shows 16.46, the post will say 16.56

  It has something to do with prepayments, works on the same princple.

  I guess the staff are too busy doing more important things to keep the site running properly.
