in AAT Level 3 (Level 6 in Scotland)
what is actually meant by Net Present Cost?

i noticed someone talking about is but i understand it is different to NPV, but what exactly is it??

    its the same as net present value....what the asset is worth at the time after depreciation is taken off

    hi,

    My understanding is that net present cost is when a capital project has no cash inflows just operating costs.
