If an employee has a company credit card, uses it to make a private purchase and then reimburses the company the full amount are there tax and NI implications??

Well I suppose following the absolute letter of the law, you'd probably be required to report the benefit and corresponding repayment on the P11d and P11d(b) but, in reality, if an inspector ever did question the payment I don't imagine for a moment that you'd get in any trouble for it.0
