Are ACCA exams largely written questions or calculations?

Like with AAT 4 for example, the written questions within the exams are big marks/weighting. Is it the same withbACCA?

    They were when I sat them, however - I believe that 40% of the F Papers are now multiple choice
    ACCA, FMAAT, Licenced Accountant and ACCA Practising Certificate
