How long does it take to get MAAT status?

Is anyone able to tell me roughly how long it takes to get MAAT status after you’ve paid the money and had all the sections verified? It’s been 6 weeks and when I contacted AAT they just said ‘it takes a while’...helpful

I think AAT are very busy, because I submitted a licence application on 5th November (and my MAAT application is still waiting to be approved), and it hasn't been processed yet.0

Mine was done almost immediately, although in all fairness my application for MAAT status went in before I passed my final exam.0
