Advanced Synoptic Panic

Hey,

I am due to sit my Synoptic next month, am I the only one that has panicked about the written answers and the spread sheets? Whilst I use spread sheets at work and know how to use them, I am still pretty anxious about this exam. :( anybody have any revision tips they've used etc? anyone else sitting the synoptic in September?

Thanks!

I sat my synoptic in July and i felt the same. I spent hours going over the practice exams for the synoptic on the AAT website and reading up on answers for the essay questions for Limited companies and whatever the other one was, in the exam i got an essay question about Partnerships and that threw me. Also in the spreadsheet section a task had contribution per limiting factor which I could not complete for the life of me!

I'm also sitting the Synoptic exam early September

I currently recapping on AVBK FAPR & MMAC... to cover all bases...

I think OK with the spreadsheets but i do get slightly confused when you have to combine IF's and And functions

really anxious about the exam though

@Brandon95 thank you, you must be relieved it's over with now! This is the thing the writing aspect scares me! I did a practice yesterday and the spread sheet asked me to do 'goal seek', I had never come across that in my studies before!.

Good luck @thelowendtheory18 we can do this!

Yes, I am also trying to go back over all of those and a bit of Ethics!

Lowendtheory ABC Costing didn't show up on my exam or that I can remember, however be prepared for anything previously covered in Level 3
