Saving the excel file in the exam

HI , i got one silly question , while saving the excel file in the exam i have to follow the format like this:
"You must save this spreadsheet file from the assessment environment. Save the spreadsheet in the appropriate location and rename it using the following format: ‘your initial-surname-AAT no-ddmmyy-Task2-1’."
**the "ddmmyy" is the date of birth or the date i am sitting the exam ?
pls let me know .
