In question 1 there is bank balances on 31 March first is credit and second debit. In the answers in bank T account both are on credit site. Can anyone explain to me why please?

The bank balances work the other way, you have a b/d balance from the previous year and a c/d balance for the current year without seeing the question physically I can't answer for definite but I suspect overdrawn balance b/d from previous year and you are in credit for the current year which is why the carried down and brought down would be on the credit side0
