A client has had a vehicle for approx 12 months before going into business, he says it's woth about £1500. If we want to introduce it as a business assest what's an acceptable means of valuation? Would a Glass's valuation be accepted?
Sorry don't know how i ended up here moved to correct section :blushing:

Hi Yes I work in the motor trade and we have had this situation before - yes a copy of the glass's guide page which shows the value of the car at the time of putting onto books is ok.
Hope this helps
