    I assume
    Employee N.Ball
    Time rate £8.00 per hour
    Hours worked 35
    Standard hour output 30 units
    Actual production 1010 units

On this basis N. Ball produced 1010/30 = 33.67 standard hours
To know the piece rate payable we would need to know the rate paid for every standard hour produced.
If the £8/hr rate is based on standard hours produce:
    33.67 standard hours x £8.00 per hour = £269.33

See how I ignored the actual hours worked.
