Maternity Pay and Pensions

Hi
I hope someone could offer some advise please.
At work we have a lady who has just started to receive maternity pay. She also has a pension scheme that has contributions paid in by work.
My question is, should the work based contributions for the pension reduce to match the % of pay she currently receives, or do we need to continue to pay the full pension amounts as per previous months?
