We’ve developed an award-winning Software as a Service (SaaS) solution which is revolutionising the way small businesses complete their accounting requirements. To stay ahead of our competitors we need to continue to provide practical, intuitive solutions to accounting requirements in different countries around the globe.
In this role, you’ll use your previous accounting or bookkeeping knowledge to provide email and phone support to Xero Customers all over the world.
We're looking for passionate and energetic candidates who are currently working towards or have completed an accounting degree or qualification. You need to be a good problem solver, patient, and skilled at explaining things clearly. We are looking for people who know what it means to provide world-class customer service.
Our ideal candidate is:
Someone who has a part or full accounting qualification and/or small business bookkeeping experience
A fast learner, familiar and comfortable with technology and keen to become a Xero expert.
Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Apps and exposure to small business accounting systems.
An outstanding communicator – both verbal and written.
Full of initiative with the ability to self-manage
A problem solver who takes pride in resolving tricky customer queries.
Good humoured, positive and upbeat.
It’s a big advantage if you have exposure to Xero or other accounting systems, we’d also love to hear from you if you’re qualified to AAT or Bsc level.
