MLR risks providing registered office or correspondence address.

Hi All,

I am looking at providing my office address to customers as their correspondence and/or registered office address service.

I am not currently supervised by any other body so would have to register with HMRC for MLR.

However when looking at the template for the MLR policies I would need to but together there is a section that asks for risks apparent to the industry or business.

What risks or pointers could anyone give me please ?

I have put some together -

Non face to face customers (due to online processing etc)

The service would favour anonymity possibly

The business being used to hide the locations of directors or beneficial owners of the business.

Here are a few but my list is growing. Can anyone else give examples or pointers ?
