    Hi,

Are you okay with the calculations for RT19 and RT20?

    Driver time allocation for RT21.

    Your ranking should have given you RT20 (1) and RT19 (2) and RT21 (3).
The limited resource is the driver hours of 3820 hrs.

Drivers hrs available = 3820 hrs
    Less RT20 = 1200 hrs
    Less RT19 = 1600 hrs
    Available for RT21 = 1020 hrs

    No. of miles for RT21.
    Forecasted 1500 hrs can travel 3750 miles.....therefore 3750 miles / 1500hrs x 1020 hrs = 2550 miles

    i.e 3750 miles /1500 hrs = 2.5 miles per hour x 1020 hrs allocated for RT21

    Total contribution

You have worked out that contribution per mile for RT21 is £14. Therefore £14 x 2550 miles = £35,700

    OR
    Contribution per driver hr is £35. Therefore £35 x 1020 hrs = £35,700
