What external regulations does the company have to adhere to?
Things to include:
Why the company needs to comply?
What it means to the company?
Consider what would happen if the company does not comply
Organisations policies and procedures
Things to include:
Company Act 2006; they set rules and regulations for companies
International Accounting Standards Board (Accounting Regulations) also Financial Reporting standards, the company will need to adhere to these when producing their Financial Statements
Other legislation such as Environmental legislation
