Business Tax & CMCC

Hello, i have just started both Business Tax and CM&CC. Would someone be able to tell me a bit about each unit so i can decide which unit to stick with as i am finding the workload very tough, as i am also studying for DFS and PEV.
Is CM&CC really mostly memos, and if so are they based on things you have gotta learn or just general knowledge?
Is Business Tax at all like Personal Tax, i found PTC quite easy, but the 1st few chapters of BTC seem quite difficult with lots of rules

    The guidance notes on this site tell you what is involved in each unit.

    I have just completed CMCC and found it quite straight forward. Alot of it just common sense - loans, bank accounts, credit agreements but there a number of calculations such a budget forecasts in a simple form. The section on contracts is a must to learn. Didn't do BTC so I can't help on that one. If I can do it- anyone can. I would suggest that you do not too many units at the same time as DFS is a pig with a lot to learn.
