I was promised the Workbook for Managing Performance & Resources by Ottakers by this week and it still hasn't arrived. :( Can anyone help me PLEASE by emailing me the Chapter 1 Workbook questions as I need to do them for homework.

    Hi,
    You can find the first few chapters of this workbook on the Osborne books website. I am not too sure where you can find it. Try looking at the catalogue of textbooks and click on the workbook. Then look at the bottom of the page. You will then find a link which will take you to the sample chapters.
