Help ... I never know what to write for these theoretical topicals can anyone help?

    Can you give me some idea of the questions? A lot of the questions differ depending on what college or learning centre you are from. I was given a number of different questions relating to the different elements. i had approx 10 questions per element, some straight forward some not so straight forward. i also included a few attachments like personal certificates, copies of feed back reports.If you are in a working environment it is a lot easier with regards to obtaining information about your goals and objectives, and personal performance etc etc. if not then it might be an idea to think about where you see your self in the future that sort of thing, and out line this in a form of a statement.
