I am studying AAT through Open Learning and have completed all my exams of the Intermediate Level (Old Standards) I now have until June to finish of all non exam based work and try and submit a portfolio. Does anyone know of where i could look for an example of what a good portfolio looks like and examples of work based evidence to include within it. I don't have a lecturer to ask and a lot of the work I am involved in is via a computerised system and probably quite confidential.
I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi
You say you dont have a lecturer, but what centre/college are you with? Surely they should be able to help you, perhaps a simulation?

Hi
Hav you considered a simulation anyway? A simulation shoudl cover most of what you need and can be backed up with work place evidence.
Even if you find it hard to get hold of the tutor, I would keep trying. Different centres prefer evidence to be presented in particular ways, depending on their preferences since it is the centre that sign it off. Since you have limited time, its better to get it right first time.
The AAT have had a 'rethink' on people who have only partly completed old standards. My taking on this was that any exam passes could be carried over to the new standards. You might want to contact the AAT to clarify, that way you may find you have more time than you thought.

Re:Help Wanted for Completing Intermediate Old Standards
Thanks for that.I will contact the AAT as this would be great if i could carry the exams over to the new standards. This would certainy give me a bit more time in providing a better portfolio.
Thanks very much for replying.0
