Please help re: statement of achievement

I've just passed my resit of FRA (yay!), but on my statement of achievement that came with my result it says I haven't completed/passed one of my skills tests.

I did this skills test before I sat the original exam last June! Also, I've checked my Portfolio and it's been signed off with "well done" from my tutor.

Has this happened to anyone? What should I do? It has taken the gloss of my celebrations, even though I know I've done it. :?

    Hi Jez,
WI was in the same position. Passed FRA but no skills test. In fact my paper was not marked until months after. I did go back to the college to get them to mark and sign it off. They have now promised taht it would be on the SOA. i do hope so. I have not yet received it. That was not the only unit left out, The Unit 7 was not sent to the AAT either until after months of nagging the lecturer in charge.
You need to contact your Training porvider and get them to send it off to the AAT. The college need to register you results otherwise the AAT has no way of knowing that you've completed the course. Keep at it.
Let me know how you get on. It is not fair that you have to put in all that work and then not having it registered. FRA is not the easiest subjects to pass.
    Good Luck and Congratulations.

Same thing has happened to me with ECR. I have just found out today that my old tutor has a note on file saying I've not completed the IRR task but I have (I sat at the back of a class he was teaching and completed it). I've even done my portfolio for it which includes the completed skills test. I think my new tutor is looking into this as he is reporting to AAT tomorrow.

Re:Please help re: statement of achievement

Thanks for all your words and advice.

I had spoken to AAT before I read this and they had told me to contact the college.

I spoke to my tutor from last year and she gave me some line about about she was holding it back because "they needed to check/confirm the number of passes" or something. Surely if I've passed the Skills Test, I've passed it. There shouldn't be any confusion over the amount of people who have passed it?

I asked if that meant all my class from last year were in the situation and she said "no". It was only a few people it applied to. I have no idea why I've been chosen, unless it was held back because I had failed the exam in June for the same subject (the Skills Test was only a month or so before the exam).

She did say that she had now sent off the details to AAT a couple of days ago and that the AAT now do SOA prints every month so I'll get a corrected one shortly.

Sounds very strange to me, but congrats to everyone else that has passed. :D
