ITB to PLB Change

Hi
Could anyone tell me when the old standard ITB exam was changed to the new PLB exam. I want to know when was the first available date that the new PLB was available to take.
I'm in a middle of a bit of a mix up with the AAT and my college. The AAT are saying that I have completed all my portfolio work in 2003 on the new standards, but have me recorded as taking the old standard ITB exam not the new version PLB which I know I took. I still haven't had my foundation certificate and it was 3 years ago!!!
