Hi Amanda, I've recently been approved on the MSN Technician Group but it won't accept my email address when I try to log on. Could you help, please. Thank you.

    Are you using the correct email address?

    When you have been approved it sends you a link to the site, have you clicked the link?

    I've managed to log in to MSN. The passport set up hadn't completed properly. Now I've logged in, it says that it's a members only area and it's asking me if I want to join! I'm using the same email address that I joined with.
