Statutory regulations re mangement of public sector cash balances

Hi

I have searched the web but not found what appears to relate to the specific statutory regulations which relate to the manangement of public sector cash balances.

Could someone please advise me where to look as I have not found much in the Osbourne textbook.

I have done the simulation and need to do these extra questions which were not covered by the simulation.

Any help would be appreciated.

    I have just handed my simulation back in with the same gap question.

    I am waiting to hear from my tutor to see if i have answered it correctly. If so, i will let you know, as i don't want to give you the wrong information.
