Halsley scheme??? please help me

Can any body please explain to me what the Halsley and rowan scheme is please,i am in a bit of a pickle and need help urgently...

    These are both bonus calculation methods which used to appear in costing textbooks.
    Please correct me if there is anyone out there who can remember a time when AAT included either in one syllabus. I don't think either have ever been, neither currently are and I don't expect either to ever be part of the intermediate costing syllabus.
