Unit 23 - SMART

One of the assignment questions I have to do for Unit 23 asks what the letters SMART mean. I can't find it in the Osborne Text book.

Can anyone help?

    My understanding is that SMART means

    Specific
    Measurable
    Agreed-upon
    Realistic
    Trackable and Time-linked

    It is related to setting your own personal objectives.
