BPP troubles

I am studying with BPP Home study. My sim for unit 7 was booked for last Sat (4th). I showed up at the nearest centre only to be given the sim for unit 4!!! Reception told me 'tough luck' and come back another day!! Waste of my day as well as travelling costs!

And this is on top of still waiting 10 weeks for my unit 5 to be marked!

Anyone else in the same boat? Is it worth complaining to someone?

    There have been many moans and groans about BPP's home study course on these forums, they seem to have upset quite a few people!

    That is pretty bad - I would definitely complain!

    I guess if you don't push, you won't get anywhere!

    I am not studying with BPP but I have recently purchased some of their books through WHSmith website. I wanted to order a further book that is advertised but cannot do this through whsmith and have been trying their own website. The page comes up blank on my attempts, it seems they are not reliable and disappeared into thin air. I think you should complain but where you would go I don't know.

    This is the contact list for BPP AAT - may be a good start, but push to speak to someone high up and explain you want to complain!
