hi ive just found this forum and it looks like its full of helpful friendly people!!
Not surprisingly ive just recently started with home study through bpp and they not helpful at all.. its only through reading stuff on here i now understand how the assesment works!
but i was wondering if someone could email an example of their study plan cos im finding it hard to organise my time. i can only fit in an hour or so in the evening and then weekends but not really sure how to divide my time up as im hoping to do my central exam in june!! hopefully not too far behind and this is poss!!

what i did was made a plan of time between now and exam and hours/days - then go through the book and see how many chapters - check that they are all relevant - most books have a couple of chapters of stuff you need to read and not know! Last day before the exam put to reading and nothing else. The couple of weeks leading up to the exam old papers, more old papers, the same old papers all over again. Then just (ha ha) divide days by chapters and bob is your uncle as they say. In fact I never worked to a study plan, just plugged away as and when I could for a few hours a week and then just blitzed old exam papers, as the questions are all reasonably same-y. Maybe i havent helped - if so sorry!

I would add to the above study plan...
The last few days/evenings before the exams read through the AAT journal especially any subjects relevant to your exams.
I have never forgotten my amazement at getting a 30 mark question on the "advantages and disadvantages of working from home" for my exam having read that exact article the night before in the AAT Journal. I got a credit pass for that level (it was quite a while ago that I took my exams :? ).
The articles are often written by the examiners and therefore are a good indication of at least one of the questions, I believe.0 -
