Unit 7

Does any one have any tips or ideas or practice simulations
in connection with unit 7 ?
Its just that Ive done one got some bits wrong and have done all the ones in my work book
but would like to try some more practice ones
The bits I got wrong was the vat return , and the bit where you have to recalculate the actual figures based on a certain year figure , I can not remember the exact name for this bit

    practice, practice, practice - even the ones you've done already.

    You might want to try Colin Drury's Costing book. It has loads of questions in it.

    Also try the web - with the key words on which you want to study - for example Index numbers or adjusted sales or reporting figures over time. I also blue tacked the RPI formulas around the house and at my work desk to get them in to my head.

    I practiced on all the weak areas I had - did loads of questions - just relating to them from the course book, and revision book. Then I worked on the simulations.

    Of course, there are the past papers on the AAT site too!

    hi there, i have just done unit 7 and the best advice i can give is just revise revise revise, its the only way!! :lol:
