Hi - not accounts related but this is doing my head in. in my colleges email when i click on the "sent" folder all the sent items appeear but instead of saying sent they say from. i want to be able to scroll through through and identify all sent to say "mr a". any ideas why this is happening and how do i change the settings.

When you are in the sent folder, right click on a blank area and select 'show fields'.
Scroll through the 'available fields' and add the 'to' field.

Hi, if it is using Outlook, at the top where the headings are eg. sent, subject, date etc. right click to bring up a menu and click on 'field chooser.'
This brings up a list of all the headings you can sort the mail by. Scroll down to 'to' and drag and drop to where the other headings on the page are.
