Skills Tests Deadlines?

HI,
I have read quite a lot of complaints about BPP, I started a home study course in Feb, (I know it seems a bit late)but am determined to sit my exam in June. I submitted units 1/2/3/4 mock skills tests on Monday, my deadline being between the 18th and 24th April. My actual skill tests are due in between 21st and 27th April, I have rung Bpp several times to ask when my supervisor will be receiving these papers and each time I have to leave a message and told I will be contacted within 2 hrs. What a load of rubbish I have not heard a thing! Can anyone tell me are these Rigid Deadline dates? I have no idea as I have never spoken to anyone from BPP at all, the only information I have is what I have read on their Website. Also how long does it normally take to get your mock exam mark?

    Hi

    BPP are fantastic when it comes to attendance courses but the administration for distance learning is know to be a shambles.

    There is a posting on the forums from the Director of AAT distance learning at BPP (www.aat.org.uk/forums/posts/list/9957.page)which also gives her email address - lisadavies@bpp.com Her post is on the second page of the thread.

    Thanks Neil,

    Didn't realise there was a whole lot more complaints than I have read. Also seems like things haven't changed much since that posting.
    Reading between the lines I quess my submission dates are a guideline and not a deadline.

    Hi!

    I have used BPP for home study - you do not need to meet these deadlines, they are just a guide and you won't be penalised if they are not met.

    The whole idea of home study is you do it at your own pace, so don't worry!

    Also I believe once you receive the actual papers, they have to be sat and returned within 10 days.

    Doesn't seem so bad now, was just worried I had put so much work in and would be penalised for late returns.

    Id be prepared to wait tho for your skills tests to come back...i got my mock unit three last week and think i sat that in December time.

    Doesn't seem right does it?
    I finally spoke to them today and they couldn't even find my papers until I say they were sent special delivery and I would track them through the Post Office!
    Seems I just have to wait for them to be marked now!!!
