    I've heard from the Accountant today, he said:

    'Sorry to hear of your problems, however it does not come as a surprise'

    Which makes me wonder why he hasn't reported him previously.

    I haven't heard from the Client about handing over the books, but I'm not spending any more of my time chasing after them!

    I've been away for the last week so only just catching up now.

    Sounds like you have made the right decision, Sue. Have you still got the books? If you don't want to take them to the house, maybe you could get them to the accountant instead?

    Hi

    Yes I've still got the books.

    They rang me to see when they could collect them, so I emailed back (because I wanted to put it in writing) and suggested a time, or suggested they let me know another time if that wasnt convenient. They then emailed me and said they would let me know, that was last Wednesday and I haven't heard from the since.
